Vegetarian 'Prawn' Noodle Soup

My latest noodle soup crush is No.33 (Vegetarian 'Prawn' Noodle Soup) at the Grand Asia BBQ place in the Target Centre.

So good!

The soup includes:

• vegetarian 'prawns' (tofu skins wrapped around vegies);
• tofu;
• okra;
• asian greens; and
• noodles.

Can't vouch for the vegetarian-ness of the broth, but alas, we live in an imperfect world.
