Adjustment to second paragraph

I moved the following text up to the second paragraph:

We have asked you, our City of Melbourne Councillors and management team, our Future Melbourne Reference Group, our project partners, our key stakeholders and members of the eVillage to assist us in developing this draft plan, to edit the content that is there and to fill any gaps you identify.

I think it's important to detail who exactly has been invited in to this round of editing as this hasn't been emphasised anywhere else. In particular, Drivers/Stakeholders may be unaware that eVillage users have been invited.
