Options
The Options for the future of Melbourne, were a series of possible futures for the city. They were developed after our intial round of public consultation where we asked you what your values and issues were for the future.
The Options were in their "Talking Points". The community feedback on the Options helped draft the Directions for each "Talking Point".
We have now combined all "Talking Points" and their Directions to create the Future Melbourne Draft Plan. So whilst you may have gotten used to the "Talking Points" we now have six goals for the future of Melbourne.
We will be a:
- A City for People
- A Prosperous City
- An Eco City
- A Knowledge City
- A Bold & Inspirational City
- A Connected City.
